Whole Egg Powder
Farm Pride Whole Egg Powder is prepared from pasteurised fresh hen eggs then spray dried. It does not contain added salt, preservatives, colours or flavours.
Applications:
For use in all recipes requiring whole egg for binding and coagulating characteristics. Ideal for use in pasta, packet crumb mixes, dry cake mixes, pancake mixes, drink mixes, batters, biscuits and cosmetics. It is recommended for applications where aerating is not critical.
Storage and Shelf life:
8°C to 15°C, Shelf life 2 years from date of manufacture.

Pasteurised Whole Egg
Farm Pride Pasteurised Whole Egg is prepared from fresh hen eggs.
Applications:
For use in all recipes requiring whole egg such as cakes, biscuits, sponges, custard, quiches, omelettes, pasta, scrambled eggs and pies. It is also an excellent egg wash for fried foods.
Storage and Shelf Life:
Liquid: 1°C to 4°C, Shelf life is 10 days from date of dispatch Frozen is -15°C to -18°C, 2 years from manufacture.

Pasteurised Scrambled Eggs

Farm Pride Pasteurised Scrambled Egg is a whole egg based mixture, blended with thickened cream, vegetable gums and salt. It can be cooked from frozen or thawed.
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat in cookin vessel to 85°C - 90°C
- Place frozen mixture in the heated water
- Maintain the water temperature at 85°C - 90°C and cook for 40 -45 minutes *
NB: About 2 or 3 times during the cooking process, remove the bag and knead it slightly to break up lumps. Do not boil.
- Remove bag just prior to being completely cooked and knead mixture until the desired egg consistency is achieved.
* A fully thawed product will cook for 30 - 35 minutes.
Applications:
It is ready to use for making scrambled eggs and can also be used as an omelette mixture.
Storage and Shelf Life:
Frozen -15°C to -18°C for 2 years.
Pack Size:
4 x 2 kg bag in box. 2 kg of Scrambled Egg Mix is equivalent to 40 medium eggs.
