Available in both wholesale and domestic quantities, Farm Pride Fresh Pasteurised Egg White is free from added salt, preservatives, additives, colours or flavours. Free range is available on request.

Cooking
Liquid egg white is suitable for all recipes requiring egg whites for their aerating, whipping and foaming properties e.g. pavlovas, meringues, confectionery and nougats. Frozen Egg White is perfect for use as a glaze for pastry and biscuits, and it’s a superior binding agent for small goods and fish.

Our 100% frozen egg whites are the ultimate natural supplement. Ready to use in smoothies, health shakes, omelettes, protein pancakes or wherever fresh egg whites are required. Please note: this product is not recommended for whipping.

Pasteurised Egg White Mix

Made from fresh egg white (egg albumen), vegetable gum and a whipping aid, Farm Pride Pasteurised Egg White Mix is available either chilled or frozen. A free-range option is also available.

Suitable for use in aerated products and in the manufacture of pavlovas, meringues, macaroons, soft sponges, nougats, confectionery, soufflés, sweet and savoury mousse, glazed cakes and pastries.

Egg White Powder – High Whip

High in protein and free from odours and foreign matter, our High Whip Egg White Powder is prepared from fresh egg whites (egg albumen) which are spray dried and pasteurised. A free-range option is also available.

Ideal for recipes that require egg whites for their whipping, binding and coagulating properties e.g. pavlovas, meringues, confectionery, nougats and other aerated products.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
Shelf Life: two years from date of manufacture.

Egg White Powder – Low Whip

Prepared from fresh egg whites that are pasteurised and spray dried, our Low Whip Egg White Powder is high in protein and free from odours and foreign matter. It’s also available in free range.

Use wherever the binding and coagulating properties of egg whites are required e.g. pasta, batter, drink mixes, icing, confectionery and glazed pastries and cake mixes. It can also be used in processed fish products and small goods.
