Renowned for his passion for fresh, quality produce, George Calombaris has written some stunning essential egg recipes for our customers, which can be found inside Essential Foods’ free range gourmet egg packs.
George has visited our free range farm in person and recognises the excellence of Essential Foods’ gourmet free range eggs. The farmers’ dedication in providing their hens with the highest quality food and environment is amazing.
The eggs also go through stringent checks before being delivered to supermarket shelves, guaranteeing a gourmet experience every time an Essential Foods egg is cracked.
The exuberant chef won Chef of the Year in 2008 and was named as one of the world’s Top 40 Chefs of Influence. He has since appeared on numerous television shows, most recently as a judge on MasterChef Australia, and has just opened his fourth Melbourne restaurant, with another two on the way during 2011.
