Zelko Lendich
(Managing Director - appointed 6 May 2003, member of the Audit Committee)
Zelko is an independent management consultant. He is currently a non-executive Director of West Coast Eggs, Novo Foods and Australian Egg Corporation Ltd.
He has wide ranging experience in commerce, government and education in Australia and Internationally. Zelko has held senior posts at the University of Western Australia's Management Development Institute, Australia Leather Holdings, McKinsey & Co and ABB in Sweden, London and Canada. Whilst with the Australian Government, he was the principal advisor to the Minister for Transport and a key economic advisor to the Premier of Western Australia. Zelko has a Bachelor of Economics degree and an MBA from the University of Western Australia.
Peter Bell
(Non executive Director- appointed 30 May 2008)
Mr Bell has been involved in the egg industry for over 40 years and comes from a third generation poultry farming family. He continues to be directly involved in the management and servicing of commercial egg farms. Mr. Bell is also the Managing Director of AAA Egg Company Pty Ltd the, a director of Pure Foods Pty Ltd and Hyline Australia Pty Ltd in addition to being a director of a number of other egg related companies.
Malcolm Ward
(Non executive director- appointed 30 May 2008)
Malcolm has been in the egg industry for 20 years having owned and operated cage and free range farms and has served on industry related boards in the areas of farm management and feed supply. He is a director of AAA Egg Company Pty Ltd and its subsidiary West Coast Eggs Pty Ltd. Mr Ward is the Managing Director of his family’s independent supermarkets and also has commercial interests in property and technology development.
Darren Lurie
(Non executive Director – appointed 15 December 2010)
Darren is a founding director of Cullen Capital Pty Ltd. Over the past 10 years in this role he has advised both ASX listed and privately owned businesses in relation to a range of corporate transactions and strategic initiatives.
He has advised clients across a wide range of industries including agri-business, quarrying, manufacturing, retail, education and printing.
He was previously a partner at B2B Lawyers and a solicitor at Anderson Legal. Darren holds a B.LLB (Hons) and B.Com (Hons – Accounting and Finance) from Monash University.
