Retro Recipe: Celery Boats

Ingredients:

  • 4 Farm Pride eggs (soft/hard boiled & peeled)
  • 1/4 cup of plain non fat Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 Stalks of Celery
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard

Method:

  1. Wash and cut celery sticks.
  2. Soft/hard boil Farm Pride eggs.
  3. Peel and chop eggs.
  4. Combine with yoghurt, parsley and mustard.
  5. Mix and add into celery boats.
  6. Sprinkle lightly with paprika to serve.
