Pasteurised Whole Egg

Farm Pride Pasteurised Whole Egg is prepared from fresh hen eggs.

Applications:

  • For use in all recipes requiring liquid whole egg such as cakes, biscuits, sponges, custard, quiches, omelettes, pasta, scrambled eggs and pies. It is also an excellent egg wash.

Storage and shelf life:

  • Chilled Liquid: 1°C to 4°C, shelf life is 10 days from date of dispatch
  • Frozen: -18°C, two years from manufacture.

Pack size:

  • Chilled Liquid: 10kg bag in box, 850kg pallecon
  • Frozen: 10kg bag in box

Whole Egg Powder

Farm Pride Whole Egg Powder is prepared from spray dried pasteurised fresh hen eggs. It does not contain added salt, preservatives, colours or flavours.

Applications:

  • Use in all recipes requiring whole egg for binding and coagulating characteristics. Ideal for use in pasta, packet crumb mixes, dry cake mixes, pancake mixes, drink mixes, batters, biscuits and cosmetics. It is recommended for applications where aerating is not critical.

Storage and shelf life:

  • 8°C to 15°C, shelf life is two years from date of manufacture.

Pack size:

  • 150g canisters are available in Coles and Woolworths
  • 15kg bag (Australian); and 20 kg bag (imported)
