Retro Recipe: Celery Boats
- 4 Farm Pride eggs (soft/hard boiled & peeled)
- 1/4 cup of plain non fat Greek Yoghurt
- 2 Stalks of Celery
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- Wash and cut celery sticks.
- Soft/hard boil Farm Pride eggs.
- Peel and chop eggs.
- Combine with yoghurt, parsley and mustard.
- Mix and add into celery boats.
- Sprinkle lightly with paprika to serve.
