Protein Pancakes


  • ½ cup Farm Pride Egg Whites
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup low fat or skim milk
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder


  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse on high for 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Pour the batter into a hot flying pan, cook for 2-3 minutes or flip when bubbles form on the top and stay open when they pop.
  3. Cook on the other side for a further 2-3 minutes.
Tip: serve with yoghurt and fruit.
