- ½ cup Farm Pride Egg Whites
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup low fat or skim milk
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse on high for 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a hot flying pan, cook for 2-3 minutes or flip when bubbles form on the top and stay open when they pop.
- Cook on the other side for a further 2-3 minutes.
Tip: serve with yoghurt and fruit.
