Ingredients
½ cup Farm Pride Egg Whites
1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup low fat or skim milk
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
2 tsp honey
1 ½ tsp baking powder
Method
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse on high for 30 seconds until smooth.
Pour the batter into a hot flying pan, cook for 2-3 minutes or flip when bubbles form on the top and stay open when they pop.
Cook on the other side for a further 2-3 minutes.
Tip: serve with yoghurt and fruit.
