High Protein Egg White Omelette


  • 1/2 cup Farm Pride egg whites
  • 1/4 cup low fat or skim milk
  • 1/2 cup low fat cheese
  • 1 cup diced mix vegetables, e.g. corn, green capsicum, red capsicum
  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Lightly beat egg whites and milk. Mix in cheese and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Pour into a hot frying pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until set.
  3. Flip over to lightly brown the top and serve
