High Protein Egg White Omelette

Serves: 2
Ingredients
1/2 cup Farm Pride egg whites
1/4 cup low fat or skim milk
1/2 cup low fat cheese
1 cup diced mix vegetables, e.g. corn, green capsicum, red capsicum
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Lightly beat egg whites and milk. Mix in cheese and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into a hot frying pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until set.
Flip over to lightly brown the top and serve
